Abstract

This research explores the relationship between human intelligence and individual success in various aspects of life. We investigate the role of psychological and socio-economic factors in shaping the path to success. The main findings show that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, perseverance, mindset and socio-economic background have a significant influence on the achievement of individual success. Intellectual intelligence is closely linked to academic achievement, while emotional intelligence influences an individual's ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. Perseverance and mindset, particularly growth mindset, are key factors in achieving long-term success. Socio-economic background also impacts opportunities and access to resources that support success. The findings provide deep insights into the complexity of factors that influence individual success and highlight the importance of a holistic approach in supporting human capital development. The practical and policy implications of these findings are discussed in the context of creating an inclusive and social justice-oriented environment for all individuals.
