Abstract

The research aimed to examine interventions promoting awareness and acceptance of rapid testing for infectious diseases. The review employed rigorous methods to identify and analyze relevant studies, including educational campaigns and peer-led initiatives. Key findings from the review highlighted the effectiveness of both types of interventions in increasing awareness, improving attitudes, and encouraging testing uptake among diverse populations. Educational campaigns successfully disseminated information and reduced stigma surrounding testing, while peer-led initiatives leveraged social support and trust to engage communities effectively. Implications of the findings underscore the importance of tailored, culturally sensitive interventions that address diverse needs and contexts. Recommendations include investing in comprehensive public health campaigns, reducing structural barriers to testing, promoting community engagement, and integrating rapid testing into routine healthcare services. Overall, the review emphasizes the importance of evidence-based strategies to promote awareness and acceptance of rapid testing, ultimately contributing to improved public health outcomes and disease prevention efforts
